1. Services Offered

Types of Services:
Amore Cleaning Co. provides:

  • Standard residential cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in and move-out cleaning

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Commercial/office cleaning

Service Areas:
We proudly serve clients in Maricopa County, including Phoenix (Ahwatukee), Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Peoria, Tolleson, and Scottsdale.

2. Scheduling

  • Minimum commitment: No minimum contract is required. Clients may schedule services as needed.

  • Booking notice: We recommend scheduling services at least seven (7) days in advance. Shorter notice may be accommodated subject to availability.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • Cancellation fees:

    • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% charge.

    • 24–72 hours before service: 25% charge

  • Service concerns: If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue or provide a discount/service credit.

  • Client absence: As long as our team has access to the property, there are no additional fees if the client is not present.

4. Payment

  • Methods accepted: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, cash, and checks

  • Payment due: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service

5. Quality Assurance & Liability

  • Service guarantee: If any area has not been cleaned properly, notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

  • Liability: We are responsible for damage directly caused by our team. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile, unstable, or improperly secured items. Clients should inform us in advance of delicate items.

  • Staff training: All employees are trained and vetted to ensure professional conduct and service quality.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Information collected: Name, address, home size, number of rooms, and service preferences, collected through our website, phone, or in-person consultations.

  • Use of information: Solely for internal purposes, including scheduling, service coordination, and payment processing.

  • Sharing information: We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties.

7. Website Usage

  • Online booking: Currently, online booking is not available. The website is for informational purposes only.

  • Cookies & tracking: Our website does not use cookies or tracking tools.

  • Content protection: All website content—including text, logos, images, icons, and layout—is the exclusive property of Amor Cleaning Co. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
