Our post-construction cleaning service transforms your project site into a move-in ready space. Includes:

General Interior Cleaning:

• Remove dust and debris from all surfaces

• Wipe down walls, baseboards, doors, and door frames

• Clean windows, window tracks, and sills

• Dust and clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, and blinds

• Vacuum and mop all floors, including corners and edges

Kitchen & Appliances:

• Wipe down countertops, sinks, and backsplashes

• Clean the exterior and interior of appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher)

• Clean cabinets and drawers inside and out

Bathrooms:

• Clean sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and tiles

• Wipe down countertops and fixtures

• Mop floors and remove any dust or debris

Other Areas:

• Remove stickers, paint splatters, or construction residue from windows, doors, and fixtures

• Clean closets, shelves, and storage spaces

• Empty trash and remove any leftover packaging materials inside the home

• Does not include removal of large construction debris from outside or major hauling of materials
